Plasma Torch Systems
The AKS accu-kut plasma cutting machines are designed specifically as the premium platform for the following high quality plasma torch systems:

Dual Torch Systems
Increase cutting productivity by parallell part cutting,
pre-mark drill holes, brake lines or part numbers.
For high production requirements, two mechanically linked tool carriers can be used in simultaneous mode for tandem cutting. |

Oxy Fuel Torch Option
An oxy-fuel cutting processing area is added to the front of the machine by extending the rail system of the precision unitized machine base. This unique design provides:
- An isolated area for a floor supported cutting table for oxy-fuel torch processing of thick plates.
- A single piece welded downdraft machine base for precision plasma cutting processing.
This design provides the best of both worlds for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting on a single machine. The system utilizes an isolated floor supported cutting table for oxy-fuel processing and a single piece welded unitized base with an integrated down draft cutting table for precision plasma cutting on the same precision machine platform. |

Plasma Beveling Head

Tool Carrier
Two additional tools can be accommodated in addition to the plasma torch. Options include: - Low amperage ArcWriter plasma marking system to mark part ID, break lines, hole centers, etc.
- Electric scriber type marking system
- Pneumatically powered spot drill to mark precise locations and provide pilot starter holes for secondary drilling operations
