The AKS dura-kut Gantry Plasma Cutter is a precision CNC machine with rail widths and lengths to fit your large-scale cutting needs. We build it to your needs, to your specifications, to fit into the floor space available in your shop.

Designed and manufactured to machine tool standard, the dura-kut is built for maximum precision, repeatability, flexibility, durability and longevity. That's quite a list, but we build plasma cutters that exceed your toughest applications. We use the latest precision drive systems in order to deliver high-speed, high-accuracy plasma cutting.

Like all of our plasma cutters, the dura-kut features an all welded, heavy-duty unitized design. All contact surfaces machined to ensure accurate match-up with mating surfaces. AKS dura-kut's unique gantry design incorporates a robust, welded and stiffened double beam with low center of mass and high rigidity.
